It took almost five hundred million years to shape the striking landscape of the Fully vineyards, where the vines cling to the steep slopes, supported by countless dry stone walls. The vines grow at altitudes of between 450 and 900 metres, on steep hillsides and terraces woven between valleys and ridges.

The Combe d’Enfer embodies the very essence of Fully vineyards, its name evoking the amphitheatre-like terraces, the steepness of its slopes and the sweltering heat of summer. This natural cirque, with its steep slopes that seem to scale the firmament, is a treasure that nature jealously guards. The Combe d’Enfer is a hilly setting where the nuances of the grape varieties come to the fore, giving birth to great vintages and real treasures in bottles.
