Univerre mainly processes your data from Switzerland or the EEA. If data are processed outside these regions, Univerre ensures, in accordance with the FADP, OPDo, and EU Regulation 2018/1725, that an adequate level of protection for individuals’ fundamental right to data privacy is guaranteed — in particular, by adopting the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or by using certified entities under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF).

We implement technical and organisational measures in line with Art. 7 & 8 FADP and Art. 2 & 3 OPDo to ensure:

Payments are processed exclusively via PayPal; Univerre does not store any banking data.
