The story of the Schurch family begins in 1833 with Auguste Albert Schurch, founder of Schurch & Bonhenblust, a company specializing in viticultural and agricultural machinery.
The spirit of innovation continued with his son Émile, creator of the first hydraulic presses in 1918, and author of the first Chasselas vinification on the Les Gouttes d’Or vineyard in 1921.

Under the direction of Olivier Schurch from 1978, the company took a major turn, managing most of the Swiss wine imports.
In 2005, it adopted an ecological approach by abandoning herbicides and insecticides. The conversion to biodynamics followed in 2011, thanks to training with Vincent Masson.

Today, Michel-Olivier Schurch embodies the new generation. Trained in viticulture and oenology in both Switzerland and Burgundy, he traveled the world before putting his expertise at the service of wine consultancy.
In 2018, he created the concept of Legend Wine, dedicated to showcasing the finest Swiss terroirs.

A Journey Along the Rhône

More than just a wine, Mineralis is a journey along the Rhône River, from Varen to Crans-sur-Céligny — an ode to the diversity of Swiss terroirs and to the patient work of the winemakers who sculpt the land and tame time. Vinified in jars and amphorae, it reveals a crystal-clear purity, a vibrant minerality, and a delicate slate aroma.
As a tribute to the artisans of the vine, this wine embodies the passion and respect for nature that inspire those who, day after day, preserve the living treasure of the Swiss vineyards.

From these encounters and this deep love for the land was born the bold blend “Au fil du Rhône”, a sincere reflection of the Swiss winegrowing soul.

The Rebirth of a Legend – Screen-Printed on the Bottle

The story of the Phoenix, depicted on the bottle, begins with the passionate winemaker Michel-Olivier Schurch, active since 1988. After ending his consulting career, he no longer had a wine under his own name — until the day a visionary watchmaker asked him to create a new cuvée.

Just like the mythical bird reborn from its ashes, this cuvée symbolizes the revival of craftsmanship, the rekindled flame of a creator of great Swiss wines. The coat of arms, delicately integrated between the Phoenix’s wings through digital printing, illustrates the link between heritage and rebirth. The bluish tones subtly recall the slate and minerals lining the Rhône’s path, while the Phoenix symbol underscores the mythical dimension of this wine: a true wine of legend!

Our glass printing techniques :

Whether you opt for a minimalist, elegant design or a vibrant, creative visual, Univerre Pro Uva offers two high-quality printing methods to magnify your glass bottles. Each technique offers unique advantages, depending on your design, visual identity and desired volume.

Screen printing on glass

Screen printing combines traditional expertise with precision: up to six colours, including precious metals such as gold and platinum, can be applied directly to the glass. After application, the ceramic inks are vitrified at high temperature, giving a robust, dishwasher-proof finish. This process is ideal for elegant logos, clean lines and high-end visuals with a tactile effect.

Digital printing

Digital printing is revolutionising glass decoration: its infinite range of colours means you can reproduce subtle gradations, complex illustrations or photographs with exceptional fidelity. With no need for stencils or plates, this method is ideal for small runs, limited editions or variable designs.
