Weingut Seewer: a personalised bottle that embodies the joy of life
With its elegant, assertive silk-screen print, the Chapeau bottle represents a real turning point in the world of wine. At the crossroads of style and emotion, it reflects the spirit of the South at its most vibrant: lightness, elegance and the joy of life. More than a container, it’s a statement. A breath of fresh air blows through the design, for a wine that celebrates modernity without ever betraying its roots.
Behind this revival is an exceptional winery: Weingut Seewer, voted ‘Winery of the Year’ twice in a row at the Grand Prix du Vin Suisse – a national accolade that underlines the winery’s unwavering commitment to quality and innovation.
A strong visual for a strong identity
The design plays a key role in this transformation: a modern, dynamic silkscreen that fully reflects the estate’s creativity. ‘This line represents our creative creations that are simply fun – wines that excite a young and still-young audience,’ says Fabienne Seewer.
To dress the bottle, Weingut Seewer opted for a three-colour silk-screen print, thought out down to the last detail: satin white, which adds a touch of elegance and softness to the visual; deep black, used for the essential information; and finally, a bright touch of red for the lips of the woman in the hat, a vibrant nod to seduction and self-confidence.
The graphic composition, both elegant and minimalist, features a large feminine hat, a symbol of confidence and charm, accompanied by luminous red lips that immediately catch the eye. ‘It’s a tribute to the confident woman,’ says Fabienne Seewer, emphasising the close link between the visual style and the attitude that the estate wishes to express through its wines.
This artistic approach reflects the philosophy of Weingut Seewer: to innovate without denying its identity, and to offer wines that speak as much to the eye as to the palate. Chapeau marks a decisive step in the revival of the estate, affirming a bold, young and resolutely contemporary positioning.
A bottle that lives long after the last glass
With its meticulous design and artistic screen-printing, the Chapeau bottle does more than seduce during the tasting. Once empty, it often finds a second life: as a decorative object, improvised vase or simple souvenir on a shelf, it continues to tell a story. Its timeless beauty makes it a real favourite to treasure.
Our glass printing techniques :
Whether you opt for a minimalist, elegant design or a vibrant, creative visual, Univerre Pro Uva offers two high-quality printing methods to magnify your glass bottles. Each technique offers unique advantages, depending on your design, visual identity and desired volume.
Screen printing on glass
Screen printing combines traditional expertise with precision: up to six colours, including precious metals such as gold and platinum, can be applied directly to the glass. After application, the ceramic inks are vitrified at high temperature, giving a robust, dishwasher-proof finish. This process is ideal for elegant logos, clean lines and high-end visuals with a tactile effect.
Digital printing
Digital printing is revolutionising glass decoration: its infinite range of colours means you can reproduce subtle gradations, complex illustrations or photographs with exceptional fidelity. With no need for stencils or plates, this method is ideal for small runs, limited editions or variable designs.
