We believe that our customers are more than just a customer number. Therefore, in order to offer personalized service, we need to collect your contact details to prepare invoices, contact you, or visit you. With your consent, we use your email address to inform you about news related to your sector via newsletters, from which you can unsubscribe at any time.

  • Your IP address

Your IP address allows us to analyze your browsing behavior on our website using tools such as Google Analytics and Smartlook and to identify your interests in order to improve our services and the targeting of our advertisements.

Shelf life

Records are kept for a maximum of 6 months for training and continuous quality improvement purposes. However, records necessary for establishing commercial evidence (orders, specific agreements) may be archived for 10 years, in accordance with legal obligations regarding the retention of accounting and contractual documents (Swiss Code of Obligations).
